This Privacy Policy explains how ListWise handles information when you use the ListWise app and related 50Cabbages.com website pages.

Summary
ListWise is designed to help you create, organise, and share everyday lists. ListWise does not use advertising, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not sell your data.
Information you create in ListWise
ListWise stores the information you choose to enter into the app. This may include:
- List names and item names
- Quantities, notes, locations, review dates, and expiry dates
- Item photographs or thumbnails you add to items
- Barcode information, if you choose to use barcode features
- List sharing and collaboration information, where you choose to share lists with other users
This information is used to provide the app’s list, item, location, image, barcode, sharing, and organisation features.
iCloud and CloudKit
ListWise uses Apple CloudKit and iCloud services to support syncing and collaboration between your devices and, where you choose, invited collaborators.
Data stored in iCloud or CloudKit is handled by Apple’s iCloud infrastructure and is associated with the Apple Account and iCloud settings used on your device. ListWise does not operate a separate account system for this data.
If you invite another person to collaborate on shared ListWise data, that collaborator may be able to view or change the shared information according to the permissions provided by Apple’s CloudKit sharing system and the app’s sharing design.
Purchases and unlock status
ListWise uses Apple StoreKit to manage the Welcome period, purchase flow, and unlock status. Purchases are processed by Apple. ListWise does not receive or store your full payment card details.
ListWise may store or check purchase status information needed to determine whether the app is in the Welcome period or has been unlocked.
Welcome period and paid unlock
ListWise may offer a 14-day Welcome period. After that period, a one-time payment may be required to unlock continued use of the app. The unlocked product should be treated as provided on an “as is” basis. Unlocking the app does not guarantee future feature updates.
Support emails
If you email us for support, we will receive the information included in your email, such as your email address, message, screenshots, device details, or other information you choose to provide. We use this information only to respond to your support request and improve our understanding of app issues.
No advertising or tracking
ListWise does not use advertising networks and does not track you across apps or websites. ListWise does not sell your personal information.
No third-party data sharing
ListWise does not share your app data with third parties for advertising, profiling, or data brokerage purposes.
ListWise relies on Apple services such as CloudKit, iCloud, and StoreKit to provide syncing, collaboration, and purchase-related functionality. Those services are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.
Analytics
ListWise does not currently use third-party analytics services. If analytics are added in the future, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated to explain what is collected and why.
Data storage and deletion
ListWise data is stored on your device and may also be stored in iCloud/CloudKit if syncing or sharing features are enabled. You can delete lists, items, and other app content from within the app where those features are provided.
Some synced or shared data may also be affected by your Apple Account, iCloud, device backup, and CloudKit settings.
Children’s privacy
ListWise is intended for general household and personal productivity use. It is not specifically directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from children for advertising or tracking purposes.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, especially if ListWise features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
