This Privacy Policy explains how ListWise handles information when you use the ListWise app and related 50Cabbages.com website pages.

Summary
ListWise is designed to help you create and organise everyday lists. ListWise does not use advertising, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not sell your data.
Information you create in ListWise
ListWise stores the information you choose to enter into the app. This may include:
- List names and item names
- Quantities, notes, headings, review dates, and expiry dates
- Item photographs or thumbnails you add to items
- Barcode information, if you choose to use barcode features
This information is used to provide the app’s list, item, heading, image, barcode and organisation features.
Trial, Free plan and Pro upgrade
ListWise includes a 14-day trial. When the trial ends, the app continues on the Free plan, subject to record and feature limits. A one-time purchase unlocks ListWise Pro. ListWise and the Pro upgrade are provided on an “as is” basis. Purchasing ListWise Pro does not guarantee future feature additions or updates.
Support emails
If you email us for support, we will receive the information included in your email, such as your email address, message, screenshots, device details, or other information you choose to provide. We use this information only to respond to your support request and improve our understanding of app issues.
No advertising or tracking
ListWise does not use advertising networks and does not track you across apps or websites. ListWise does not sell your personal information.
No third-party data sharing
ListWise does not share your app data with third parties for advertising, profiling, or data brokerage purposes.
ListWise relies on Apple services including StoreKit for purchase-related functionality and iCloud, using Apple’s CloudKit service, for Item Catalogue updates between your devices. These services are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.
iCloud and multiple devices
When your devices are signed in to the same Apple Account, ListWise can use Apple iCloud to pass Item Catalogue additions and changes between them. Lists and Headings remain local to each device and are not transferred through this process.
Item Catalogue data sent through iCloud may include an Item name and, where provided, notes, barcode information, an image or thumbnail, together with technical identifiers and revision information needed to process the update.
Deleting an Item affects only that device. Matching Items retained on your other devices are not automatically deleted.
Updates that require a choice are shown as Pending Updates on the receiving device. The user decides how those updates are handled. Because Lists, Headings, deletions and update decisions are local, different devices may contain different Items and totals.
Analytics
ListWise does not currently use third-party analytics services. If analytics are added in the future, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated to explain what is collected and why.
Data storage and deletion
ListWise stores your Lists, Headings and local app records on your device. Item Catalogue update data may also be stored in your private Apple iCloud account so that it can be processed by your other devices signed in to the same Apple Account.
You can delete Lists, Items and other app content within the app where those features are provided. Deleting an Item is a local action and does not automatically delete matching Items retained on your other devices.
Backups
ListWise keeps up to seven rotating backup files on your device. Backups may be created automatically as the app is used or when you choose Back Up Now. The oldest backup is removed when a new backup is added. These rotating backups are excluded from Apple device and iCloud backups.
If you choose Export Backup, you select where the exported copy is saved or sent. An exported copy may therefore be stored outside ListWise, including in iCloud Drive if you select that location.
Children’s privacy
ListWise is intended for general household and personal productivity use. It is not specifically directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from children for advertising or tracking purposes.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, especially if ListWise features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
