About ListWise

ListWise is designed to help individuals create, organise and maintain everyday lists. It may be used for shopping, packing, inventory, gardening, storage, household tasks, and similar personal productivity purposes.

Trial, Free plan and Pro upgrade

ListWise includes a 14-day trial. When the trial ends, the app continues on the Free plan, subject to record and feature limits. A one-time purchase unlocks ListWise Pro. ListWise and the Pro upgrade are provided on an “as is” basis. Purchasing ListWise Pro does not guarantee future feature additions or updates.

Purchases, refunds, and StoreKit

Purchases are handled through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit systems. ListWise does not process payment card details directly.

Refund requests and purchase-related account issues are handled according to Apple’s App Store policies and processes.

No guaranteed future updates

ListWise is provided on an “as is” basis. Unlocking the app does not guarantee that future features, upgrades, compatibility changes, or ongoing updates will be provided.

We may choose to improve, update, modify, or remove features over time, but no specific future feature or update is promised by these terms.

Your responsibility for your data

You are responsible for the information you enter into ListWise.

ListWise is intended for everyday personal list management. It should not be used as the only record for critical, medical, legal, financial, emergency, or safety-related information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse ListWise, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass purchase or access controls, or use the app in a way that is unlawful or harmful to others.

Privacy

ListWise does not use advertising, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not sell your data. More information is available in the ListWise Privacy Policy.
