What to include in a support request

To help us understand the issue, please include as much of the following information as you can:

  • Your device model, such as iPhone or iPad model
  • Your iOS or iPadOS version
  • The ListWise app version, if available
  • A short description of what you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Whether the issue happens every time or only sometimes
  • A screenshot, if it helps explain the problem

Trial, Free plan and Pro upgrade

ListWise includes a 14-day trial. When the trial ends, the app continues on the Free plan, subject to record and feature limits. A one-time purchase unlocks ListWise Pro. ListWise and the Pro upgrade are provided on an “as is” basis. Purchasing ListWise Pro does not guarantee future feature additions or updates.

If you have trouble with a purchase, restore, or unlock status, please include the device model, app version, and a short description of the issue in your email.

Using ListWise on multiple devices

ListWise can pass Item Catalogue additions and changes through Apple iCloud between your devices signed in to the same Apple Account. Lists and Headings remain local to each device. Pending Updates lets you decide how to handle an incoming Item or choose a local Heading for it when a decision is needed.

Item totals do not have to be identical on every device. A deletion is local, and the choices made for Pending Updates can also differ between devices.

If an expected update has not appeared, confirm that both devices use the same Apple Account, that iCloud Drive is available, and that each device has an internet connection. Open ListWise again on the receiving device and check Pending Updates. The time needed for an update to arrive can vary.

Privacy

ListWise does not use advertising, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not sell your data. You can read the full Privacy Policy here: ListWise Privacy Policy.

ListWise is being prepared for wider testing and release. Some features, wording, screenshots, and support information may change before release.
